We have a specially customised programs for larger groups of Corporates & other Institutions through out the duration of our white water rafting schedule, the minimum number to qualify for this program is 25 pax & above. Group discount for groups over 60pax.

Corporate or Institutional Groups need to PLAN their Barapole Rafting Trip & Experience well ahead.

It is important to get written mail confirmations from The Barapole Rafting camp management or your travel / management agency. We will need to follow this for the best of our mutual interests & objectives.

All payments must be made [in full] at least 10-14 days in advance to confirm your slots / batch as per your tentative/confirmed plan.

Before you plan your trip & schedule a plan, please check back with us [by an email] for the following.

•  Availability of Rafting slots for your group [for the designated day] – also do have a back-up date plan.

•  Please ensure a one to one contact & dialogue on all matters pertaining to your trip with our activity consultants, who're assisting you in planning the experience..

•  Insist on all finer details of assistance, services, inclusions & others to be mailed to you for your own [better] understanding.

•  Ensure you get all details of services from your consultant on your Service Voucher both for the activity & stay/accommodation.

•  A Minimum group sizes is always insisted upon & please remember if your group does not have the minimum number as already agreed – you will still be paying for     the same [minimum] in full.

•  Please carry your personal medication, odomos, torch & some basic personal essentials like towels, tooth paste, shampoo etc – these are not provided in most    accommodations.

•  Please carry a valid copy of your ID – driving license, PAN card or anything similar.

•  ALL group plans mandatorily include accommodation & meals in the list of inclusions apart from the adventure activities.

•  Please do not carry/use/wear expensive jewellery, watches or any such high-end personal belongings.

•  Smoking & Drinking are prohibited on the campsite or during the activities.

We do not appreciate `heroics' - at or during the activities, please make sure you co-operate & follow the instruction of the river & activity guides. Indiscipline will call for a no-refund & non-participation of the individual or whomsoever is the person concerned.
