Our equipment, associates, guides, instructors & activity assistants are all qualified by learning & experience, hence we have a 100% success rate on the safety front, however [God forbid] in the event of any mishap, accident, loss of limb, life or any fatalities – The Indus Experience Group or Barapole Rafting will not & should not be held responsible for the same.

A disclaimer form will need to be signed by all participants before your activity just to agree on this between you - the client & us – as marketers or our associates' Ace paddlers as operators.
