Reservation & Cancellation - Terms.

•  A reservation is confirmed ONLY on receipt of 100% of the total amount for whatever services or facilities you are opting for – including activities &    accommodation.

•  We do not accept any part payments or part reservation fee.

•  Please understand if you reach our rafting site without our ‘service voucher' – your services or facilitation will not be guaranteed so make sure you carry our ‘   service voucher'.

•  All communication of transactions must be by email for the assurance of proven, legitimate documentation.

•  Reservations once made cannot & will not be cancelled for whatever reasons unless your cancellation request is well over 14 days from your date of activity.

•  Cancellations cannot & will not be exchanged or adjusted against any other person/s or group referred by the errant guest/client/participant.

•  We do not have any agents or sub-dealers near the rafting site so please make sure you reach our camp & not any other alternative campsite for the best    activity experience.

•  Confirmed participants coming to the rafting camp & then not taking the activity will mean NO refunds – you will forfeit your payment.

•  Cancellations [for whatever reasons] less than 14 days from date of your activity/scheduled booking will be termed NON-refundable.

•  All payments must be made to favour – THE INDUS EXPERIENCE GROUP .

•  Please insist on a receipt for all your payments.

•  All disputes & disagreements if any may please be contested under the jurisdiction of Bangalore Courts of justice.

Group Tariff / Discounts .

We offer a 5-10% discount for groups of 60 pax & above for the same day's schedule. Otherwise there are NO discounts at all as the activities we conduct are of experiential value & nature based, hence quite priceless...as a matter of fact & they are not predictable like an amusement too J .

Please Note...

•  Children below 14 years of age are strictly not allowed.

•  Adults with heart diseases / high blood pressure & such ailments are not allowed.

•  Participants under the influence or traces of alcohol will not be allowed to raft even if already paid for & NO refunds will be given either.

•  No adjustments in batch schedule allowed unless having prior permission by an email notification.

•  Please make all payments well in advance to avoid delays in rafting/program schedule.

•  PLEASE adhere to all instructions & discipline as advised by your river guides & Instructors.

•  Rafting is not an amusement activity but a course on a natural river, hence please be well informed.

•  No Refunds for payments already made but non-arrival of participants / no show/non-participation.

•  Please Note PHOTGRAPHY is an extra @ INR 400 per person [ minimum 6 pax ] & must be PAID for along with Rafting - in advance. This cannot be booked @ the Rafting Camp site unless pre-arranged.

•  All RESERVATION & PAYMENTS must be made well in advance – at least 07-10 days ahead of your required batch / schedule.

•  For the Lower Barapole Trips – Please note there will be a fair amount of getting in & out of water, hence please prepare your selves appropriately.

PLEASE RESERVE YOUR RAFTING ADVENTURE EARLY TO AVOID LAST MINUTE MIX-UP IN BATCHING/SLOTS.
